Since 1967 Fralock has helped customers design, develop, and manufacture specialty engineered materials solutions for high-reliability applications in demanding environments. Today, Fralock is a solutions provider of components made with thin films, foils, foams, tapes, specialty laminates, elastomers, and flexible polyimide etched thermofoil heaters and cables. We offer a unique all-polyimide lamination technology using no adhesives called Adhesiveless Lamination Technology (ALT). ALT circuits are lightweight, eliminate delamination, enable full folding, and are ideal for use in aerospace and other applications requiring low mass, flexibility, resistance to environmental stress, durability, and low outgassing. Fralock is the sole worldwide licensee and manufacturer of DuPont™ Cirlex® (a thick adhesiveless polyimide) and exclusive distributor of DuPont™ White Kapton.
Typical applications are thermal interface components, thermal blocks, electrical insulation, shims, rings, seals, gaskets, EMI/RFI shielding, flexible polyimide heaters, a variety of rechargeable battery components, and other precision laser and die-cut parts.

Lenthor Engineering, located in Milpitas, CA, is a world class designer and manufacturer of flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards, with in-house electronics assembly.
They produce single-sided, double-sided, and multi-layer flex and rigid-flex circuits, and assist their customers in the design, prototyping, and engineering process. Lenthor supports its customers with a high level of technical capability in both production and quick-turn engineering requirements, serving medical, aerospace, military, commercial, industrial, and semiconductor markets. Mapson’s specialized services support many prominent programs in the aerospace and defense industries. Founded in 1981, Mapson Engineering is a provider of high resolution, large-format precision graphic solutions for specialty electronic applications. Their state-of-the-art imaging
technology allows greater precision at extremely large scales, on a wide variety of substrates.

- OASIS MATERIALS
Oasis Materials was acquired by Fralock in March 2021. Located in Poway, CA, the company manufactures high-performance rapid-fire ceramic heaters and structural ceramics used in semiconductor, medical, aerospace and defense, industrial, and electronics applications. With a highly skilled engineering team, Oasis employs a multi-layer co-fired technology using Aluminum Nitride as its substrate and Tungsten as resistance traces to produce heaters with exceptional thermal uniformity.
Their multi-layer technology allows for complex tungsten circuitry and integrated temperature sensing. Oasis produces a wide range of heater sizes and shapes that meet or exceed the demanding requirements of their customers.
Oasis’s solutions include high-precision controllers for heaters, thermal heads, aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates with or without surface metallization in sizes up to 15″ square.
They also engineer and manufacture Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTTC) components from both Ferro and DuPont systems. Secondary component brazing is available including seal rings, pins, and more.
Other capabilities include ceramic substrate thin film circuits, and Ultra-Thin flexible zirconia substrates used for solid-state batteries, sensors, and flexible thin ceramic circuits.
