2021
Fralock acquires: Oasis Materials, Ceramic Tech, Inc., and Lenthor Engineering, building new Technically Engineered Ceramics and Flex Circuit capabilities. Factory space expands to 263,000 sq ft with over 650 employees.
2020
Fralock begins its acquisition strategy, acquiring Career Technologies and Mapson Engineering. The acquisitions expand flex/rigid-flex circuit capabilities and increase factory space to 117,500 sq ft. Focus on strategic markets and engineered solutions.
2018
Arsenal Capital invests in Fralock to leverage its track record of providing innovative solutions and engineering services to its global customer base and capitalizing on substantial growth opportunities in high-reliability market segments.
2017
Fralock celebrates its 50th anniversary.
2016
Fralock adds JPL and Goddard to its list of organizations with all-polyimide flight qualifications, including Lockheed Martin, NASA, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman, creating significant satellite and other aerospace opportunities.
2010
Fralock expands its offerings to include thermal interface solutions for harsh environment applications, such as semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment.
2006
Fralock moves to its current 62,500 square foot facility in Valencia, California, quadrupling its manufacturing space.
2001
The Company secures supply agreements for the manufacturing of custom components with world-renowned medical device OEM and electronic equipment manufacturers.
2000
Fralock continues to build its business relationship with DuPont by entering into a manufacturing and licensing agreement, becoming the worldwide provider of CIRLEX®, a durable, space qualified thermal polyimide material.
1990
Fralock becomes recognized for its engineered materials expertise, providing unique solutions for some of the most demanding applications.
1969 - 1972
Fralock adds manufacturing capabilities to its scope of services, providing value-added parts and assemblies to key customers in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
